3: Cover Charge & Booking deposit

3.1  A discretionary cover charge of €35 per diner may be levied.

3.2 We require debit/credit card details for reservations to secure your table with us. These will be held in a secure PCI-DSS compliant vault.

Refunds will be made only if you notify us by email of amendments or cancellation 24 Hours of your reservation. Unfortunately, our experience of parties

failing to cancel or amend bookings dictates this precaution is now necessary. If you have any queries regarding our terms and conditions do not hesitate to contact the restaurant. A deposit charge of €30 per person applies, deducted from the bill at the restaurant.

4: Reservations

4.1 Ananda Restaurant will collect some information on you just so we can manage your dinner reservation or event. This information may also be used for marketing but this only be upon your consent.

4.2 Your Name, Phone, Email address and payment information may be taken when making a reservation and this information is stored by our Reservation software, and only used for purposes relating to your reservation and not accessed for any other reason or passed onto Third parties.

5: Security

5.1 You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any user name and password that may be given to you or selected by you for use on this web site. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify Ananda Restaurant immediately of any unauthorized use of them or any other breach of security regarding this web site that comes to your attention.
