As an independent establishment, we deeply value and rely on the reservations made by our esteemed guests.
1. Amendments to Reservations:
We understand that plans can change. If you need to amend your reservation, please do so at the earliest convenience. Our reservations team is available at 012960099 and will be more than happy to assist you.
2. Special Requirements & Dietary Needs:
Every guest is unique, and we strive to cater to your individual needs. Please inform us of any special requirements, allergies, or dietary restrictions in your party, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
3. Card Details for Booking:
To secure your reservation, we require card details. Rest assured, these details are securely stored with a third-party service, Stripe. They will only be charged if our cancellation terms aren't met.
4. Booking & Availability:
Life is unpredictable, and we understand. However, we request a 24-hour notice for cancellations or changes in the number of guests. Reservations that don't provide this notice will incur an automatic fee of €30 per person.
5. Confirmation & Punctuality:
We eagerly await your visit. Please confirm your booking in advance. If you're running behind schedule, give us a heads-up. We can hold your table for 15 minutes, after which it might be released if we haven't heard from you.
6. Minimum Order:
To ensure a holistic dining experience, we have a minimum order requirement of €35 per person.
7. Agreement to Terms:
By making a reservation at Ananda Restaurant, you acknowledge and agree to our reservation and cancellation terms.
