Ananda Restaurant - Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
1. Redemption:
- Gift vouchers can be redeemed at Ananda Restaurant for dining or other services offered.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
2. Validity & Renewal:
- Vouchers are valid for a single transaction only. If the full value of the voucher is not used, any remaining amount will not be exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
- Vouchers are valid for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If not used within this period, they must be renewed to remain valid.
3. Original Voucher:
- Only the original voucher will be accepted. Photocopies or digital copies will not be valid for redemption.
- Vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded, or redeemed.
4. Booking & Availability:
- Customers wishing to redeem their vouchers must make a booking in advance.
- Reservations and goods are subject to availability. The purchase of a voucher does not guarantee a reservation.
5. Payment:
- Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for any goods or services offered by Ananda Restaurant.
- Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- There is no minimum spend required to redeem the gift voucher unless specified otherwise.
6. Special Promotions:
