Indian tapas at Ananda – €16

Available Thursday to Sunday 12.30pm to 3.00pm.

Any four tapas of your choice served with biryani or curry & tea/coffee

Cold (v) tapas

Chat- wheat crisps and bean sprouts with sweet yoghurt and mint chutney.
Ananda salad– goat cheese, artichokes, peppers and rocket leaf with curried dressing.
Artichoke- Batter fried artichoke with tomato jelly.

Hot (v) tapas

Broccoli- Tandoori broccoli with fennel and mascarpone.
Aloo tikki– pan seared potato cakes with spiced green peas.
Cauliflower- Crispy fried Cauliflower fritters with mint chutney .

Hot kebab tapas

Seekh kebab - – Minced Lamb kebab with mint, garlic, and cardamom cooked in tandoor.
Malai kebab – chicken Supremes steeped in creamy marinade with thyme.
Tandoori chicken tikka - chicken thigh with red chili, ginger and yoghurt marinade.

Biryani

Basmati rice cooked with meat of your choice (Kerala curried seafood, Luckhnow chicken, Hyderabadi lamb ) and flavored with mint and whole spices. Served with curry sauce.
